Fess Parker's Epiphany wines actually came
out late December so we didn't quite get the
chance to tell you about them. They all carry
themselves outstandingly, The two syrahs
produced by this line are definitely the stars
of the show, both completely different in style
but offer a taste that's Superb to say the least.
The revaluation and the Genache Syrah are
both forces to be reckoned with as well.

Revaluation - This bottle combines all the of Fess Parker's award
winning vineyards to make a blend composed of 61% Syrah, 35%
Grenache, and 4% Petite Syrah. Aged for 19 months in French oak
barrels, this wine shows rich cranberry, dark cherry and plum fruit flavors
accented by hints of vanilla and oak. It is a weighty but elegant. $34.99
Star lane Syrah - 100% of this Syrah comes from Star Lane Vineyard in
Santa Ynez Valley. There were only 316 6 bottle cases produced.
Aromas of blackberry, blueberry, black pepper and vanilla are dominant
on the nose. Darker fruit flavors of blueberry and black currant combine
with spice, vanilla and chocolate on the palate. This is an intensely
flavorful wine with well integrated oak and a fair amount of tannin. It
should age beautifully. Hint - My personal Favorite bottle of wine last
year. $34.99
Hampton Vineyard Syrah - This wine remained in French oak for 20
months before the final 220 case blend was assemble using 30% new
barrels. Now with a full year of bottle age, we trust you will enjoy the big,
ripe dark fruits, spicy accents and supple tannins of this labor of love!

Grenache Rose - This wine brings out the lighter side of Epiphany, it is
a much easier drinking styled wine that brings new meaning to the word
refreshing. If the Grenache Rose were a person, it would be the life of
the party! With a fruity nose of strawberry and cherry and a nice dry
finish on the palette it is sure to make every moment with this wine
enjoyable. $15.99
